  HOME VISITS

   

• We are not a Home Health Agency which allows us some unique options for home care.

   

• Our enrollment status allows us to see homebound or non- homebound patients.

• We can do all post-surgical wound care, and remove staples.

• Home visits usually scheduled the next business day.

   

• Weekend visits for priority patients, by MD request.

   

   

  COMMUNITY SERVICE

   

• We will provide a free PT evaluation/treatment visit to uninsured patients with financial hardship with MD referral.

 

• Classes offered through Council on Aging at various senior centers.
